• Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (available at an additional cost).

Shipping Costs:

• Calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and shipping method.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Issues:

• KREAM is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.

International Shipping:

• Available to select countries. Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders: All pre-orders are charged at checkout to reserve your item. Please ensure your address is correct, as we cannot make changes once production begins. Allow us 2-3 days to process your pre-order, and 2-4 weeks shipping.
